joey’s seafood restaurants is a canadian seafood restaurant chain established in 1985 which at one point had over 100 locations. with over 30 years of serving excellent hand bettered fish and chips, joey’s seafood restaurants found itself as a brand that although had a great product, they had lost market place relevancy. urba was brought in initially as a consultant to identify pain points within the brand as well customer journey maps which were then used to develop whole new brand infrastructure to be rolled out nationally as well as a relentlessly efficient digital marketing strategy.
